The Faculty Apartments are located within the center of Reading, with Reading Station only a 12 minute walk away, The Faculty benefits from on-site allocated parking (subject to availability and additional charge) and is the ideal location for both the business and leisure guest. 

The apartments are individual in their design and character, yet all are fully furnished to the very highest standards and offer the highest level of accommodation with very spacious and stylish open plan living.

The apartments provide a true home from home experience with a light and spacious open plan lounge / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. 

The bedrooms offer very comfortable accommodation, while the bathrooms are extremely spacious, with en-suite shower facilities from the master bedroom, available within some of the 2 bedroom apartments.

Weekly housekeeping comes as standard, providing fresh towels and bed linen, while a complimentary welcome pack containing a few essentials and treats is provided to ensure guests can relax and unwind from the moment they arrive.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm key collection details as some properties do not offer a 24/7 reception desk or doorman. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

For cancellations made within 14 days of commencement of the stay a cancellation fee equal to the length of stay or 14 nights, whichever is the less amount will be charged.

Should you need to vacate the apartment earlier than that which is on your booking form, an early vacate fee will be charged. This will be equal to the remainder of your stay or 14 nights, whichever is the less amount.

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals or deposits taken

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking the client will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorization form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving license or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
