Booking Terms

Check In

Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. There is a charge of £30 applicable for early arrivals prior to 12pm and they are subject to availability.

Check Out

Check out time is 11am on the day of departure. A late check out can be arranged (subject to availabilty) for just £10 per extra hour up until 1.30pm.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

Cancellations may be liable to the charges outlined below and cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt. Deposits paid are always non-refundable.

For reservations of less than 7 nights, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or amendments. If cancelled prior to 48 hours before arrival, there will no charge, other than the loss of the deposit. If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, or in the event of a no show, full charges will apply.

We require 3 days notice of cancellation for reservations greater than 7 nights but less than 27 nights.

For reservations 28 nights and over, a 7 day cancellation policy will be in place.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival| otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card. 

On arrival, a £200 deposit per apartment is required as a guarantee against any incidentals such as damages, should they occur.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
