This historic building, built in 1887, has been renovated with the architectural integrity it deserves, preserving the original characterful details while modernizing the interiors to make for a truly unique stay. The apartments are airy and expansive, with beautifully-appointed interiors designed with your comfort in mind, and contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light while also offering fantastic views of the surrounding area.

Open plan layouts provide you with plenty of space in which to work, cook and relax. Kitchens are fully equipped with high-spec integrated appliances, including an oven and hob, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. The modern bathrooms come with rain shower heads and the spacious bedrooms contain high-quality beds and plenty of storage.

The building benefits from a lift, as well as outdoor space: the ground floor apartments have private gardens, while some apartments on other levels come with balconies and the top-floor apartments have access to roof terraces. There is also a bike store on site.

Booking Terms

Check In

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Check Out

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

  • For bookings up to 7 days and over up to 27 days - notice is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 14 days accommodation.
  • For bookings of 28 days and over - notice is required 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 28 days accommodation.
  • This also applies to in-house guests who wish to amend their departure date.

All cancellations or shortening of stays may be charged a £100 non-refundable administration fee. If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Payment

For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If credit facilities are agreed then for stays of 30+ nights a minimum payment equal to the first months’ rental will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment for the booking will be required.

If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights then the landlord reserves the right to charge the full published rate backdated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

Security Deposit

On booking you will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide a copy of photographic ID, either passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Extension Policy

Please provide us within at least 14 days, written notice to apply for an extension to the reserved moving-out date. Prestige Apartments will endeavour to grant any requests for such extensions however this will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.
