Enquiry and availability

Once we receive an enquiry from you, we will check the availability of your chosen apartment(s) at that time and we will advise you as soon as possible whether or not the apartment is available.  Where you have submitted a general enquiry,  or an enquiry for multiple properties, we will respond to you with suitable options and availability at that time as soon as is reasonably possible, and the terms and conditions of booking for each apartment you are offered will be communicated to you in order to allow you to make your choice.

We reserve the right to reject any bookings or enquiries which are;

  • Less than the published minimum stay
  • Are for 1 night
  • Are shorter than 3 nights across any weekend period.

Booking Requests

To submit a booking request, please email us at sales@prestigeapartments.co.uk. All booking requests remain provisional until you confirm via email that you wish to proceed. Once your confirmation is received, we will send you the next steps, including payment instructions and final booking details.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bookings cannot be confirmed until a deposit and/or full payment has been made for the apartment booked.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking request.

Holding apartments

Wherever possible, and subject to the express agreement on a case by case basis, of the apartment operator, we will use our best endeavours to ensure that once you have made us aware of your intention to book an apartment, whether verbally or in writing, the apartment is placed on hold for you, in order to give you reasonable time to confirm in writing, and to make full payment, to confirm your booking. 

As a guide, an operator will typically hold an apartment without payment until the end of the same business day, in order to allow time for the booking to be confirmed.  Where an operator refuses to hold an apartment for this purpose, and in the eventuality that the apartment has been booked by another party before we can confirm, Prestige Apartment Services Ltd will advise you of this.  If the apartment is no longer available we will endeavour to source alternative accommodation for you with your agreement, or refund in full the funds we have received from you. 

Payment

Payment is only deemed to have been made when we are in receipt of a bankers draft, a bank transfer which has cleared our account, or have successfully received payment by credit or debit card.  If you do not make any payment due for the booking by the required date we are entitled to assume that you want to proceed with your booking and it may be cancelled. 

Any additional services offered to you and/or your guests by the property should be settled directly between you and/or your guests and the property.

Changes to your booking

Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to change any of the details of your original booking.  We will make every effort to meet your request however this may not be possible and you would then be subject to any applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation of your booking

By making a booking request and payment you agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the property which is provided in the booking confirmation. You will be liable for any applicable cancellation fee if you cancel a booking after a confirmation has been issued.  

Extending the booking

If you would like an extension then you must contact us as early as possible and we shall check if the apartment is available for the dates you require or if another suitable apartment is available.

Please note that extensions are not guaranteed and the apartment may not automatically be available for a further period as it may be pre-booked for another customer.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the property. The applicable times for your stay will be specified in your booking confirmation. You and/or any guests are required to adhere to the check-in and check-out times stated. Any request for an early arrival or late departure is subject to prior approval and may be subject to additional charges. Failure to comply with the confirmed check-out time may result in additional fees.

Please be aware that if you and/or any guests fail to arrive by check in on the day after the first day of the booking and we have not been informed of about the late arrival, we may treat your booking as having been cancelled by you and you and/or your guests would be subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

Your Obligations

By making and paying for a booking we understand that you agree that all guests shall:

  • make your best efforts to keep the apartment clean and tidy and leave it in the same condition as found at the start of the booking;
  • not remove any items from the apartment, for example but not limited to bedding, towels, linens and kitchen equipment. You will be expected to pay the costs of replacing any items found to have been removed or are missing at the end of the booking;
  • not allow any pets in the apartment unless otherwise in the booking confirmation;
  • not smoke in the apartment;
  • only allow the maximum number of people agreed in the booking to stay in the apartment overnight;
  • allow access to the apartment on reasonable notice to you during the booking for maintenance required (unless in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time, in which case you agree that the apartment provider and/or its representatives can enter the apartment immediately).
  • You agree to be responsible for all damage or breakages caused by you and/or any guests to the apartment and all items provided within it (for example carpets, mattresses and linen) during the booking and to pay for the costs of damage to the apartment and the costs of repairing or replacing any damaged or broken items. If you have provided a security deposit or credit card details we may deduct the costs of such damage and breakages. You or a Guest may need to check and sign an inventory of the apartment and its contents on arrival.

We may terminate your booking and ask you to leave with immediate effect without providing you with a refund if, in our or the apartment provider’s reasonable opinion, you or any visitor to the apartment have:

  1. committed any illegal activity
  2. behaved antisocially or caused a nuisance to neighbours, for example playing music in such a manner as to be audible and cause a nuisance outside the apartment at any time;
  3. caused any damage or acted in a way that is likely to cause damage to the apartment or any other person or property;
  4. acted in a way which could expose us or the apartment provider to any third party liability or to criminal liability;

Rates

The rates displayed on this website are to be used as a guide only and all rates are from rates. Rates vary depending on supplier, season, occupancy rates and other market forces, from time to time. 

Precise rates will always be determined and advised on each enquiry received.

Generally the rates quotes provided by Prestige Apartment Services will differ from the rates actually available, however these will be accurate you will be advised prior to booking and payment should this be the case. 

Images

Please note that the property images displayed on the website are done so as a guide.  Although photographs should be representative of the apartments, in some cases, furniture design, colour and type may vary.  Apartment layouts may also vary slightly depending on the apartment position within a particular building, and any specific requirements, or specific questions about provisions in a specific apartment should be made prior to making a booking.

Insurance

We are not liable for any loss of or damage to your possessions belonging to you or to any visitors to the apartment during your stay.  We therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your possessions and for other risks during your stay at the apartment booked.

All information about the apartment contained on this website has been provided by our apartment partners. These partners are responsible for ensuring the information and although we require them to provide accurate information we cannot guarantee that this information is accurate, complete or correct.  Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information is accurate we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising either directly or indirectly from errors (including typographical errors), inaccuracies or omissions contained in such information.
